I would like to thank you and your staff, in particular Joy Knowles of your Customer Service department, for the excellent service I received when I had difficulty with two base units for hi-fi stands.

My problem was dealt with immediately in a very caring and professional manner and entirely to my satisfaction.

I will have no hesitation in recommending your firm to anyone and I only wish there were more companies in the marketplace with your standards.

May I congratulation you on the excellent service I received from one of your colleagues. I rang yesterday to ask for advice on what I could use to protect my wooden floors from the spikes on my recently purchased speaker stands.

I rang half expecting to be fobbed off with no help or to be charged the earth for an extra. I spoke to Sue Buckley who was incredibly helpful and agreed to dispatch rubber covers in the post. I received the covers next day and I am delighted with them and the service received from your company.

Can you please thank Sue for me she is a credit to your company. It makes a very refreshing change to receive such good service.

I am just writing a quick note of thanks for some great after sales customer service. Following a recent house move I was unable to find my speaker floor spikes and so telephoned the Alphason Customer Service Department. A very helpful gentleman (whose name I regrettably did not take down) managed to determine which speaker stands I owned (no mean feat considering I bought them eight years ago!) and told me that he would do his best to find a set of spikes and send them to me free of charge.

A couple of days later I had a lovely surprise as these arrived with a nice note from Joy at Customer Services who had taken the time to locate a set of the correct spikes (probably museum pieces by now) in the depths of the stores.

Once again many thanks to those involved. It was refreshing to speak to people who take the time to sort out the small things that make a difference. If only all companies placed as much emphasis on Customer Service.

I look forward to purchasing further Alphason products in the future and recommending them to friends, family and colleagues alike.

I can’t thank you enough for all your help. We will get hold of one of these torque head screwdrivers and hopefully manage what we have so far failed to do !! I would like to put on record that it has been a pleasure dealing with you and I hope not to have to bother you further about this.

Further to my recent telephone call to your office on 12th October regarding the replacement of my stereo stand. I would like to convey my sincere thanks to the lady called Sue who dealt with my query efficiently and quickly. I received the replacement base 4 days after my original telephone call to your office. Many thanks once again for the excellent service that I received from you and your staff.

Just a line to thank you and your staff at Alphason for being so helpful sending us the cable tidy and arranging the glass shelf to be delivered to us, together with max. weight information. It’s nice to know of companies that care after a product is sold.
