STANDARD STATUTORY WARRANTY TERMS
All products are covered under standard 12 Month Statutory Warranty, as per applicable laws of the United Kingdom.
EXTENDED PRODUCT WARRANTY TERMS
Your Extended Warranty is only validated by registering your product on www.alphasondesigns.com (alphason Website) and commences on the date of the registration.
You must register your product within the first 12 months from the original purchase date. The length of the extended warranty differs from product to product.
The applicable legth or warranty will be displayed alongside your product within the Warranty registration page, or on the product's information page.
Extended Warranty is only available for products purchased in the UK and for the use within the UK.
COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
These Warranty terms do not cover the costs of removing and replacing defective parts from your Alphason product. So, if your problem requires a repair
technician, you must pay any additional charges.
THE USE OF SUBSTITUTES
In line with our policy of continuous product development we reserve the right to change the product, packaging and document specifications without prior notice.
If in the unlikely event your product needs replacing in the future, and the model has been discontinued, we reserve the right to replace it with the nearest
equivalent model.
3RD PARTY RIGHTS AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
Defects affecting the functionality of the product which becomes apparent within this period will be corrected by free repair or replacement provided.This does
not cover general wear & tear. All Warranty (standard or Extended) extends only to the original purchaser of the product and is automatically void if your
Alphason product is modified in any way, improperly installed, loaded beyond its stated load weight or otherwise misused or abused. To the maximum extent
permitted by applicable law, Alphason disclaims any other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and warranties
of merchantability. Alphason will not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use its products, even if Alphason has been
advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alphason disclaims any responsibility for incidental or
consequential damages.
