Office Furniture FAQs

Q: How do I take a gas lift out of a chair?
A:You turn the chair upside down, hit the rim of the base with a little force, not the centre! And the gas cylinder should fall out.

Q: What should I do when the chair gas lift leaks (keeps going down)?
A: The gas cylinder needs to be replaced. If your product is within first 12 months of warranty period, then contact the retailer you bought the chair from to obtain a replacement. If your product is older than that, contact our Customer Support, where you'll be able to order a replacement.

Q: What do I do if there is a missing or faulty part when I receive my order?
A: Your first point of contact should be the company where you purchased the item from. They are going to contact us on your behalf and we'll resolve any problems.

Q:3. What happens if the furniture I receive isn’t what I was expecting or I just don’t want it anymore?
A: You need to contact the retailer where you bought your item from to check their returns policy. By law any products bought on the Internet have a mandatory "cooling off period", however, additional T&Cs might apply.

Q: What Warranty is supplied with your products?
A: We offer standard 12 month warranty. Please refer to our Warranty page for more info.
