When item arrived [APP1000-BLK], I was blown away by the quality. For the price I had been expecting some flimsy chipboard unit. What arrived was a solid, well finished, “luxury” unit – the finishing touches like the “slow-open” hinges also added an air of quality.

The item was self-assembly, but a world away from the standard Argos/Ikea kits we are used to. The instructions were clear, and the fixings and parts all well labelled and well made – making putting the unit together a simple, pleasant job.

You have by far exceeded my expectations, so I felt I should drop a line to let you know. Please feel free to use these comments in any marketing / testimonial capacity you wish.

I am not normally given over to writing to companies about items I have purchased and the service received, but in the case of my recent TV stand purchase, the service has been exemplary. Considering the item purchased was a clearance line, I could not have been happier with the way it has been handled. I received the item (next day after order) with a broken top plate and e-mailed customer services to ask for a replacement. All e-mails sent were replied to almost immediately and a promised replacement arrived the following day. Totally impressive!

My whole experience was a joy and my new TV stand has taken pride of place. The cynic in me expected the promise of a new top plate to take weeks and cause maximum aggravation. How wrong could I be?

Excellent quality, delivery in the first instance followed by excellent customer service when I phoned and requested spares for a recently purchased Alphason ST600 90BB. The customer service lady was called Joy although my request was unusual she went out of her way to investigate and phoned me back the same day to provide the service I requested. Wish more companies had more "Joy "in their customer services department.
